Super bad service yesterday I went with my sister and mother to buy a piece of a piercing at 4 in the afternoon and it was already closed, we rectified on the page and it clearly said open and closes at 9PM we signaled to the workers and they did not respond until we called and they told us that the excuse for lack of staff, my discomfort is that we came from.

! Don’t get your ear piercing at Claire’s ! When I went to go get my piercing they were being very rude, when I sat down the chair to get the piercing she didn’t even asked me or showed me where I wanted the piercing she just went ahead and did the piercing like it didn’t come out looking good it came out looking crooked. It’s just a no for me tbh

I went in for my second lobe piercings today. When I got there, I was thankfully alone in the store without any other customers. The two amazing girls who I had the pleasure of meeting were Liset and Elizabeth. I was extremely nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. Liset made sure the placement was correct and that I was happy with where she drew the mark. Since they were both there, they did both at the same time & it was not painful at all! I was freaking out over nothing. They were absolutely amazing. They also gave me some tips to help at home. It’s already been a few hours and my earrings don’t hurt or itch (I’m usually allergic to every earring & get itchy and red) so they really helped picking the right earring for me! Would definitely come back here for another piercing. Thank you so much !!!
