I travelled from the UK to Miami. I needed to get to Orlando with 2 young children and at the time of booking, I was struggling to get one way car hire. The pros...it was cheap. It cost me $50 for 4 of us. It was amazingly punctual. I don't know if it was because it was the first bus of the day. It arrived 15 mins before departure. It got us to our destination much quicker than the stated time. Now, the cons. The bus wasn't business class. Yes, the seats recline...but some seats were stuck on recline and there was no moving them. The bus was dirty. It needed a deep clean. Now, these things didn't bother me, it was a case of getting from A-Z. What bothered me was the drop off at RedCoach bus station in Orlando. A selling point of the bus is WiFi. Now, I don't expect the earth, what I did need was to book a Lyft/Uber from RedCoach to Disney. But the WiFi was unable to deal with this little request. Coming from the UK, I was struggling getting a mobile network and it wasn't working, even having 'roaming' switched on, with its stupidly high costs. I tried to use the WiFi to deal with this seemingly simple task on the coach, but no luck. I thought, 'not to worry, we'll sort it when we arrive in the RedCoach station'. We got marched off that bus and told to wait in the terminal building and not to congregate outside. All the passengers looked at each other with disgust at being spoken to, so rudely. We went into the building and it was like a zoo. There was a car hire desk and a 'help' desk. Guess what? No WiFi. Yes, in this day and age, in a transport hub (where people may need to book a taxi/Uber). I went over to the help desk and waited 10 minutes for the girl to stop playing on her phone. I literally begged for help. I told her that I couldn't use my network and needed to book a taxi/Uber/lyft. No access to a public phone and I had just been travelling for 24 hours from Northern England with 2 young children. I asked if someone could help. We got nothing! She shrugged her shoulders and said, we only deal with the coach. So, we marched out that building with 4 cases and 3 backpacks, tired, jetlagged with our 2 young children, in an area we didn't know, and went to the budget hotel next door. And even as non guests, the hotel were more than happy to help. So, I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was just some empathy for our situation that we needed, but this company would rather see a young family stranded than help.

RedCoach does not travel to Spring Hill. TAMPA USF would be the closest stop to your destination
You must go to the DEPARTURES (DEPARTURES) floor, exit to the street area at door H. Bus stop number 5, it is in red.
The ticket starts from $ 20 depending on the service, did of the week or advance sale. To that you can add the different discounts that you can see on redcoachusa.com
