Horrible experience. I paid Robert Franco of allstar trailer mfg to ship an axle to me for my allstar trailer. He said he had the axle in stock and i would have it in 2 weeks. He has given me every excuse in the book as to why he has not shipped it. Car accident, family member died, broke his phone, multiple asks of resend proof of payment, ect... He has told me 4 times the axle would ship tomorrow at the latest and he would provide tracking then. I have nothing. He no longer responds to text or calls. He insisted I paid with venmo. Do NOT pay with venmo as venmo does not guarantee or back your payment. He asks you to resend proof of payment several times. I turned him in to customer protection agency and florida dealer complaints dade-miami county. It has been 4 months and nothing. Stay away or lose your money.
