Hello, unfortunately due to temperature reasons.. They close deli at around 7:30pm.once the light goes off the temperature of the food decreases making it unsafe to eat do to florida guidelines on prepared pre cooked foods.deeply sorry for any inconveniences..thankbyou for shopping FRESCO Y MAS
