I do not recommend this agency, I sent 5 packages to Holguin, Cuba since April and they still haven't delivered. I call frequently to get an answer and they take my information to call me back and it doesn't happen. On two occasions I was able to speak with the parcel attendant and she says that she is already in Cuba that she will receive it soon and that does not happen either. There is no way to receive a refund or compensation in case of losses because they do not list the products that are shipped. Ultimately, they got their money and there are no guarantees.
