Terrible service from this agency” At the time of requesting services for the preparation of my passport it was ok, I suppose because it is the moment in which they cash their income My relatives made their passports with another agency and received them within a period of much more than a month before me. When you call for information on the status of your passport, they are uncooperative and appear oblivious to any responsibility, they only explain that the process can take six months or more, that they cannot do anything about it and they have no communication with the embassy service. The document is extremely expensive, of embarrassing quality, they attach papers or tickets that leave it full of holes in its cover. Add to all that it is valid for six years, extendable every two, which means that every two years you have to pay again for an extension and agency service “because they no longer even allow this procedure to be done personally through the mail. In truth, they should eliminate both these agencies” that live from our work to serve poorly and also the embassy that is of little use. It is the price that every Cuban who leaves the island for good must pay.

Yesterday I was at the agency and the service was not pleasant at all, the girl who attended me from the first table when I entered, very reluctantly, giving me inconclusive explanations when I asked her if the photos I was carrying would work and she answered no and turned her back without explaining to me that they could make me a new one there, I consider this as a lack of respect, the people who go there to make a passport pay dearly for it to offer bad service on top of that, therefore I hope not to return again. They do not respond and if they do it it is useless. The customer service at the agency on 8th and 132nd Street in Miami is the worst, I hope in God that they definitely eliminate all these agencies that instead of serving you as they promise in their commercials only take advantage of the situation of the Cubans and they seem to be agents of the Cuban government working here because of the indifferent and rude way they deal with.

Darien Mora the same thing happened to me and I had to call the Agency that they have in Hialeah to see what was happening, there they explained to me that that phone had problems but that they were open as always, so I went in person and resolved.
