The worse Del Taco we have ever eaten at! Rotten meat, and sour cream, our complete order was ruined due to the above, contacted store and corporate to let them know but not follow from them.

I used to come here everyday (almost) but the staff has become increasingly incompetent (even with online orders). 2 times they forgot my order and proceeded to give me the wrong order (which also cut into my worktime). The 2nd manager on duty had the nerve to be very rude and argumentative as well. I used to love Del Taco until the service became so bad. Not to mention the food is often old, cold or overcooked (burnt hard chicken sometimes overloaded with white sauce to mask it). The location on Goldensprings (now closed) used to be my favorite. The food was fresh and the female manager who used to work there was friendly and quick. It is now a Starbucks. I'd rather drive to the location on Diamond Bar Blvd, at least the food is always fresh there. Too bad it's not near my work. I have completely given up on this location and would rather have McDonalds. 🤮

I only gave this review a star so that I can post how horrible this particular Del Taco is. We just left from there... no line, no customers yet they had us waiting at the drive thru, away from the window. The person at the window obviously hates her job and it shows through her customer service or lack thereof. Maybe you had a bad day, maybe you're going through something....I could respect that but you should do something about it and not take it out on the customers.

The staff is friendly they're always getting my order correct every time I'm grateful for this Del Taco being so close to where I stay I recommend everyone that lives near Walnut California go there to this Del Taco

1. They do not pay attention to customers requests and do whatever they want. David Forster above was correct, they are awful at customer service and don’t know what they are doing. Probably the worst fast food place I’ve been too, and I usually love del taco. This location, ive never been where they have gotten my order right. Every time messed up order. It seems poorly managed. The female workers there don’t know how to act properly in a work place. The male one that was there once was decent and gladly fixed my order, but the female workers on the other hand.. yikes…I guess that’s because no one wants to work right now so they are hiring just anyone and low quality workers.
