Jennifer Moore

One name Kim Ward! She is in the pharmacy which is extremely busy and they are overwhelmed however Kim went above and beyond what any CVS employee has ever done, in addition she is the most kind, professional, warm, helpful, delightful person! I am so impressed with Kim Ward that I will highly recommend this CVS! I just hope her manager knows how good she really is! I have been to several CVS stores in the Westchester/Kennett Square area and no person has even matched Kim Ward‘s customer service skills! The only bad thing about CVS is they seem to not care what the outside looks like it’s kind of a mess but if every employee were like Kim it just doesn’t matter!!! (I did not get this kind of service at the Dilworthtown CVS they were overwhelmed each time I went and it took an hour to get a Rx I will not go back to that one!)
