How unfortunate to see that many people settle for low quality and poor customer service. This bakery is about 30 years old and has not improved in any way. 13 years ago I bought my first and last cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday, I asked for a design, pay when ordering and when I picked up the cake it was not the stipulated design. They only said that I didn't have the dolls to do it and I had to take a cake only in white with a red border. I asked to speak to the owner and was denied, when I saw her hiding behind the counter. And today, 13 years ago, an acquaintance sadly fell silent in this establishment and they did the same thing to me again. She asked for a cake with a picture of her baby and was only given a white cake with a border. How unprofessional, he does not have any kind of education to treat people or to do his job, which is to make Mexican bread. Really, those who know bread know that this is a shame that they call it Mexican sweet bread and not to mention the lack of professionalism in serving people and lack of commitment.

The 3leches cake is very popular and the chocolate cake is amazing, they have cakes for all occasions!! Good!! 😊
