This company is by FAR the worse service company I have ever used. The technician went to repair a 2 year old refrigerator. The service fee and tiny part was a total of $470!!! They told me the refrigerator was not under warranty. I paid the $470 and a week later the refrigerator was still broken. SAME guy came out, he messed around with the refrigerator and NO ONE even called me back. My tenants lost two full refrigerators worth of food due to this incompetence. I called the tech and he said there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. The tenant had to get a new refrigerator, and now I have a non-working refrigerator sitting in my driveway. Flamingo Appliance repair has never called me back. Ever. They sent a email saying I should tell all this to the manufacturer. Really? You guys are supposedly the Whirlpool Factory authorized repair people. Believe me, the manufacturer WILL hear from me. I can't wait to tell them what sorry service you provide in their name.

Came to add a part for water control, put the part in, never turned the water back on so clearly did not check the machine to see if it was working properly. Charged me $357 for 20 minutes of NOTHING. Who repairs something and doesn't check it. Now they can return in a week..All they do is say we are sorry to hear that...
