The staff there are very unaware of what their job details. I order two drinks through the drive thru and indicated that I wanted light ice in both drinks,which I have done at numerous locations with same orders. We get to window and still had to wait 10 mins for the drinks to be ready. I get my drinks and one of drinks was half full. I asked why it was like that,and she told me,well you ask for light ice. I told her,I always order the same drink and the same way,never did a staff tell me because of light ice,I am paying almost 7 dollars for a half a cup drink when I getting a venti size😏 no customer service at all and will never be coming back at this location even though I live fee blocks from it🤔
