This office no longer provides services unless you live in Monroe County. As late as March 2022 you could drive from Miami and receive services with little wait time. Unfortunately, as informed by one of the employees, their boss changed the rule because "too many people from Miami were using their services" (which by the way are not free)

No ! They have cones and signs outside the building, only 10 allowed in bldg at a time. They have a petdon who comes outside determinrs yoyr needs then directs you where to go. Of you just walk inside you will be directed to step out of building.

You don't need an appointment they only do walk ins for CDL unless you haven't tested. If you just graduated from school like I did this month and only need to go get your CDL you just go here "early" and wait in line. If you need the driving test they do not do this here. If you need the written test they will welcome you with out an appointment. They are very nice and welcome the tax revenue from the outside counties. When I went I waited 30 minutes and picked up my CDL. They made it super easy
