You really need to call them. They don't have time to monitor the internet to search for questions that don't come in via phone call or directly face to face.

Slips are very limited, but also very cheap. We paid $450 per month include shore power, water,and garbage. Very friendly small community.

What is largest beam and draft you can accomadate for CAT type sail boat ? (up to 50 feet)

You should call them. I didn't see anything bigger than a 24' pleasure craft there, and it was just docked on perimeter.
