The only “good” thing about this place is the pool and gym, because even the tennis courts are in really bad shape, some without net and with the broken floor! Other than that, it is absolutely bad. The administration and management do what they want and security which you might think is good in a condo like this one, well guess what? It’s THE WORST! Our motorcycle was stolen from this condo while it was parked INSIDE the condo, on the assigned parking lot (for which we paid a monthly fee). You can see how two people entered the gate, broke the security of the motorcycle, took it, and neither the security cameras worked properly to identify the suspects (extremely blurry), nor the security guards noticed anything, NOTHING! Security just couldn’t care less! The only response we received from the administration was "we are not liable"! Too much cheekiness, and inefficiency from the administration and security service. So definitely I don’t recommend you living here.
