The security guard needs to be fired for not doing her job & the rude, unprofessional & low class behavior their attitude was disgusting. You've been working there 12 years? It's time for you to leave. I've reported the incident on August the 13th the following Monday the Supervisor was absolutely useless they didn't care look at the reviews I'm not the only one having these similar issues.

Beware of this place. Just Horrible and the property is going downhill. Security, Housekeeping, Valet and association office Absolutely the worst- So many many problems. Buyer Beware !!!

No they are not FHA approved you will need 10% but usually 20% or more. Because properties usually do not appraise, they have about a 20% premium to the market because they don't have anymore beach front being built.
As far as known publicly ( I don't live there, I just buy, sell, & rent ) special assessment have been declared and already on the books, if you see my review, the building has some problems in the past with the town issuing permit's. Please note: we are currently seeing huge insurance premium increase ( in one association 575K yearly to 1.72MM yearly for 2023 ) so be on the look out for that increase.
