I didn't have a bad experience per-say, I stopped in about porting back to Verizon at the Coal Township location. When I stopped in, there was a few customers there but it wasn't slammed. No one really offered me any assistance, I had to go out of my way to get it. At that point, after I explained my situation, they told me to call customer service. This was the ultimate way to get this taken care of and I stopped in the next day to officially clarify the steps since customer service is very busy now, especially the win-back department. It would have been nice if the representatives at this store would be more friendly. They're probably good at what they do, just seems its not customer service oriented.
