It's really a shame to see this Credit Union suffer to poor customer service/lack of management. All these 1-star reviews over the years I applied for a heloc loan and I wouldn't receive answers to my questions/concerns until several days later instead of same day. On top of that, they never explained to me that the heloc loan process would take 1.5 months to complete as where a personal loan can be completed in 1 day. Even more on top of that, I didn't get the full heloc loan amount. They told me I had to pay off my other loan first. So I was left with less than I requested. After 2 months of waiting for approval they didn't even have the check ready for me. They forced me to pay $3 for a cashiers check after i specifically check marked the little box on the application that I want my money in check form. Then now they want to charge me 8cents for the loan I was forced to pay off as an oversight from their department. I called today to sort out this oversight on their underwriting department and the lady had the audacity to say "you dont have 8cents in your account to pay?" I got extremely upset and let her know that her comment is very unprofessional and that its the fact that you forced me to close one loan to start another and you cant get your figures together. I told her i can say the same thing that youre a financial instituion and you cant afford to cover 8cents over your peoples negligence? Instead of her taking the initiative to rectify the situation, I just told her to take an the 8cents from my account and close my account. So these people swindled $3.08 out of me on top of the percentage they're going to receive from loan payments. I CANNOT wait to pay off my loan early and never have to deal with this credit union again. It's a shame because I've been a member since I was 16 and I'm 41 now.

He is the most attentive and helpful person I have seen in many years and especially in these times of pandemic in which people have forgotten how to serve the customer. How comforting and pleasant it is to know that one arrives at the Kendall DCFCU, Daniela will solve your problems for you. I had already forgotten what that was like. Thank you Daniela, thank you.

never do business with this bank, I paid my car and they start charging me $10 because i didn't close my account, I know $10 is nothing but if I want to close the account I have to go and wait until they close my account. they don't care that we are in pandemic
