I've been a member since the early 1990's. This credit union has gone down. The service is horrible, once the manager is not present, no one can help you. Employees standing up doing nothing. Services are limited. They need to close down.

This is the worst bank to bank with. I’ve been with this bank for about 2 3 years and they are literally no help at all. If your card gets blocked for whatever reason the banker can’t even resolve the issue for you. They tell you you have to wait 24 hours for your card to unblock its self. So I actually have to trust their system will handle it and I’m not so sure about that and the banker i spoke with on the phone she wasn’t reassuring either she basically told me she had nothing to do with that and that they can’t do anything else. I’m pretty sure there’s a way to override situations like this especially if it was an emergency. Please do not bank with them they are not professional and they’re whole system is trash.

Needed a replacement ATM card since ATM wasn't reading it. Had to call Palm Beach twice, first time was on hold for over an hour, customer service dropped the call, called back, was on hold over an hour again. Calling customer service is useless, average hold time is around an hour, unacceptable!
