Condominium with good cleanliness, its workers are excellent. The only thing I do not understand is if the apt is still the same, there is no remodeling of any kind, the rent went up? They give it to me for low resources and now I am not working due to illness .They raise the rent a lot

Whenever there is a issue in my apartment and there is maintenance required. They always take care of it as soon as possible I never have to wait more than a few hours.. Maintenance staff is always respectful.

So far I’m very pleased with the environment, the very attentive maintenance personnel, the respectful way in which all the employees address us when we come in contact. I love the quaintness of my apartment, moved in Saturday have been unpacking and putting everything in its place and I must say I’ve been doing it with a lot of joy and excitement. I want to thank all the staff for making this environment so conducive to the tenants feeling like we belong. I thank God for helping me find such a wonderful nest. I also want to thank Consuelo for all her help and her assistance to make the move a smooth transition! I AM BLESSED AND GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND SUCH AN AMAZING , CLEAN , SAFE AND DESIRABLE NEIGHBORHOOD!!

Villa Biscayne has come a long way ever since the new Management Company and new owners took over. Maintenance Staff is always on point. Consuelo has always been very attentive and helpful. A few of my issues are, rents have been going up like crazy, but no upgrades to the apartments. For example, carpets should be removed and replaced with wood or tile flooring, not vinyl. Bathroom vanities and fixtures should be upgraded. Appliances should be upgraded. Windows need to seriously be upgraded. Outside stairs and railings should be redone a lot of rust and cracks on the concrete. They do a great job with landscaping. Keeping the property clean. In all this is a very pleasant place to live.
