If you are looking for a place to be entertained, than this is the place for you. They’ll use Bible verses and apply it to a motivational message and use it to get its visitors to “plant a seed”, as if Gods blessings can be bought. They mix the OT and NT without properly teaching the true gospel. Like any business: consistency and perseverance will take you a long way, which is why the church has grown in size and revenue. This has nothing to do with the hand of God, and all to do with the fact that in life it’s all who you know and who you make relationships with. The pastors are well connected and can provide many outlets for the community to thrive; business, relationships, connections, etc. The more assets you can flash at them, the quicker you’ll move up the food chain in Alpha and Omegas hierarchy.
However, if you’re looking for a scripture based church that teaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ, I’d suggest you stay away from Alpha and Omega.
They have a great facility; all to exalt the pastor, it’s friends and family :)
