I go here often, at least once every other day, and I've never run into a single rude employee. Even when they seem like they're not having the greatest day, they're still very polite. Well, I went through the drive thru today, and an employee named Kirsten, was over-the-top friendly, very kind, and very easy to talk with. All these I feel are perfectly good reasons to leave a 5 star review. Thank you Kirsten for your excellent customer service.👍

If you’ve been to Starbucks before, you usually know what to expect with the drinks and food. What makes each location different is the service you receive. With that said, this one in particular has great customer service at the drive thru, especially compared to the stores in Knoxville.
