The breakfast and staff were outstanding. The room was less than it could have been. The curtains backing had lots of holes. Just really old worn out. Carpet had stains. Dead bug in the floor. The tub had a worn through rust spot. The toilet moved when seating down. Overall a worn out look.

Checking in and out was seamless. Me and my family were new to the area and booked a few rooms for a few days. It was conveniently located around the Main Street shopping area and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the TVs worked well, the beds were comfortable, and there was a variety of breakfast options. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the Oak Ridge and Knoxville areas. Overall a great experience!

I've paid a lot more for way worse of a room. This place is excellent and reasonably priced. Staff in the morning are nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I used to go to windrock annually and we always stayed here because it was good value for the price. I haven’t been since 2018 but just went again this year. Not sure what happened but this place went WAY downhill. There was a smell of fresh paint in the bathroom, the curtains were torn, the hallway doorknobs were held together with screws, and there was trash in the stairwell. I’ll say the staff were nice and they still have a good breakfast so I’ll give them 3 stars for that. But honestly it needs serious work to get back to what it was.
