I can't stress the huge turnabout this community has made. The new owners came in and gave the whole entire complex a new makeover with new appliances and luxury fixtures. I hope that the thriving community would attract more residents that would help it grow even further. Every resident thus far is respectable, kind and considerate. The location and view are to die for and I can't wait to see what's in store for the future.

New owners of the property are investing money into improving the property. As tenants are leaving they are doing work inside (replacing the flooring, new appliances and fixtures and thankfully upgrading the AC from window units to central air). Yes there was an unfortunate shooting at the property over a year ago -I happened to move into the specific apartment that the guy who was shot lived in, but didn't know until the night I moved in and a neighbor told me. I've since switched into one of the revamped units and love the upgrades and my old apartment is in the process of being revamped now) and it has changed since then. Transients are gone now and the environment is changing from their departure to better fit the Cocoa Village vibe that is growing

6-18-2018 Shooting/Home Invasion/Murder today...Gotta love Cocoa (not) I was raised on Peachtree St back in the late 70’s & all of 1980, I’m embarrassed to call Cocoa “home” Clean up the trash (people) Brevard County and only then you will start to see change....
