Every time I call to refill a prescription I am told that it will be ready for pickup the next day. So I go in the next day, wait in line for an hour (every time) and then told that my prescription has not been filled and that I need to wait for 15 minutes, which turns into a 45 minute wait. The last few times I've called in a prescription I wait at least three days after the day they tell me it will be filled, thinking that it will surely be filled by that time. Wrong! The pattern just repeats itself again as if I had never phoned in three days earlier and told that it would be filled the following day. Plus, the staff is overworked and grumpy.

I would give 0/5 if possible. I called to make sure my prescription was there before driving to the location. I was on hold for 2HOURS!!! I stayed on hold and drove to the store. While there I could hear the phone ringing, nobody even tried to answer it. After waited 15 more minutes in line, I spoke to Kelly ( the tech). I informed him that I’ve been on hold for hours. He could care less. He looked in the system and told me that he had to order my medication and it would not be there till the next day! All of this could of been avoided if they picked up their phone. My advice, find another pharmacy.

After getting a text and call from them to pick up my meds I went there to pick it up only to be told that I had no refill even when my primary physician had confirmed my refill. THEY HAVE THE WORST AND MOST STUPID STAFF IN THIS BRANCH. THEIR MEDIOCRITY IS TERRIBLY ANNOYING.

Lots of chaos. Lost a script my husband turned in after waiting 2 hours in line. And the cancelled his medication refill for no apparent reason. There were refills on them and we could see that from our doctors my charts review. We are trying to Transfer meds and they won’t even respond to the pharmacy we are transferring to.

They don’t have enough employees, some days they completely closed the pharmacy. They are hiring, though.
