I don't believe they check or respond to these comments, as they are mainly staffed by volunteers. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the dock workers. Give them a call. 🙂
donations can only be dropped off at the help center only now doing regular business hours.
They have a shelter for family but u will be in diffent rooms oneside for women one side for mens call ciry mission ask for the shelter phone number
