Mrs Woods is my worker and have been calling her since May. She only called back once and I was driving at the time. I call back right back and no answer like always. I only need to ask two things. My support is almost $3,000 in the hole and she don't feel the need to do anything. When my support was renewed I even agreed to a pay cut to help out before court.

I will tell u how this company comes into play. Just bear with me. My child's father was trying to get me for frude by getting and stopping jobs so that I would have to keep going back and forth to report to food stamps in when I live in Harnett County. He would stop for year or so at a time and this office did very little to help.. The judge said years ago if he stopped paying that was jail. He stopped for a year straight and many times before that and they prolonged helping me and my child. I moved to another county and got "child only" TANF because I'm disabled and can't work and because I needed a consistent payment I could count on, since i never knew when he was going to start or stop work. We had it for about 6 months in, then he paid$50 out of nowhere. I ended up having to pay it back by the county cutting the little check they were already giving us. So susposively he wasn't working, just drop her her first birthday money after 9 years. Yap I said it.. I've been dealing with this company going on 10 years this coming Spring.. They did nothing when he didn't pay for 4years straight, working under the table. So anyway.. So over a year has passed since then and he started working in December 2018, so I was told. I haven't had to worry about money because we're getting the "already cut" child only TANF in our county. Which Harnett County DSS claims they can't give to ppl like me who are on disability. Any how, in order for the system to take any money he pays , Harnett County child support worker had to put a code in the system. Which Mrs Strickland said she did Over A Year Ago when I first signed up for TANF ! Yet we ended up having our check amount cut because of $50! So I got a payment from him on a Friday, the beginning of February this 2019! A payment that should not have reached my bank account if the "code" was in place! I reported it the following Monday as so as I could.... So you guessed it... They are going to cut our monthly check again. I ask her how am I getting payment from him if the code is in. She NEVER answered my question but went on to say that he started playing Jan. 3rd 2019. He made 2 payment in Jan. I'm guessing those payments went to the DSS TANF in the county I now live, that's where it's supposed to go, because the code automatically put it there . So how did a payment get to my account after he was already paying a whole month prior unless she lifted the code off? That's how ppl try to get you for fraud. If that keeps happening then there would be no more TANF for us to fall back on because I would be paying it back. So I stop the TAND to receive the CS. Just so he can suddenly stop out of blue, and do it all over again. It looks as if I'm being harassed again by him with the help of Harnett County Child Support helping him out instead of me and my child. This needs to be investigated and I'm going to get a clear reasonable answer, even if I have to call the news reporters.
