If I could give this 1 stars, I would. My husband ordered theses boots after many videos on YouTube indicating that the boots are great. However, I can say otherwise. My husband wore the boots 20 minutes, and instantly regrets being interested. For returns and refunds, I would say this is one of the most unorganized systems. As each box is given a RANDOM return slip. There is no way for the company to know if the boots are being returned until they have shown up at the warehouse. You can tell them the tracking of that return slip, but they can't verify how long from then does the refund can occur. Also, they charge you for returning the boots. You will get that amount taken from the refund when it is initiated. We had returned the boots April 23, 2021. It is May 5th. We called, no one knew what exactly the boots are and what are the next steps. They indicated to me it will be the next day possible as what is indicated in their company policies. Also, they could not assure me the amount that would be refunded to my account.

Customer service has always helped me. I buy my boots directly from Double H. Long-lasting, strong, flexible boots. Extended break-in period, but very comfortable after. Many made in USA.

I bought my first pair of double h boots 5 months ago...at 4 months the souls started falling off...at five months the liner is falling out and I can't even get the damn things off my feet without shoving a stick down in to hold the liner !!! Worst garbage I've ever bought !!! Don't waste your money on this trash

Best boots I've ever had. Just purchased a new pair although my other two have plenty of life left in them. My favorites are over 20 years old. Like an old friend. Great American boot!

Questions & Answers

I normally wear a men's 7W I see they've changed things to E's, 2E and 3E. I'm guessing the more E's there are the wider the boot. So a 7W would = a 7E?

E would be a normal size , EE would be a extra wide 3E even wider
