Would not go back or recommend this dealership they were not willing to negotiate pretty much told me what they would give me for my trade in an that was that which in my opinion was low end and when I said no the the offer the Salesman literally told us to have a nice day got up an walked off leaving me an my wife sitting at the table an that was that. Other than Sale Ford the worst experience I've had at a dealership was trying to stay local but I guess I'll take the drive back to Crossroads Ford in Apex at least they act like they want your business.

If there was an opportunity to give less than one star I would've given it. The salesperson only gave auction value for my trade in. Refused to haggle on price. He got up and walked away when we started to bargain on price. I wouldn't go back to this dealership if they begged for my business. We'll see what the BBB and the Attorney General has to say about their business practices.

I must say we have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. These folks are professional, considerate, knowledgeable and sincere.
