Absolutely LOVE brookside! I've been here for 4 years and have no complaints! Brian and Rachel (manager & assistant manager) are amazing! John and John (maintenance guys) are outstanding! Emails get answered super fast! Maintenance issues get fixed quickly! BEST place in carbondale!

Been here a few months now, problem free . Nice clean complex! Management is great, maintenance is awesome! Was having trouble with my door lock and that was fixed immediately . Brian and Rachel are always very helpful. Reasonable rent with all utilities included you can’t beat it

They have a maintenance man whom must wish to damage the apartments image or run off guests of residence? Should he judge utoo poor he could end up overreacting rather than play things smart and at minimum, quietly busy himself work. If I wanted marajuana I'd go to the dispensary for it, not come thru some randomn hood and just hope they're handing out safe nugs. I would have merely thanked u for good looking out, but as u never even spoke to me, only about me it indicates a personality that maybe too caught up in hate and shifting blame to ever really change. I know I will never waste any of my change on this establishment unless it retrains or replaces the current "know it all(s)"
