We are looking for a church and have heard very nice things about Life Church. We felt very welcomed when we arrived, that is always very nice feeling. I enjoyed the sermon. Pastor Tim has a great sense of humor. But also knows the word of God. I enjoyed being at Life Church and plan to go again. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This is a great place for worship where EVERYONE is welcomed with no judgement. They provide two morning services, Free Child care (Birth or older), and online worship every Tuesday. This is not one of the Non-denominational churches that are closed minded and perverse Christianity with fallible & political ideologies. I don’t sense that at Life Community Church. I do sense the Pastor is Conservative, but I do not see him inject his politics in his sermons — So long as you do not come pushing your own political agendas, then you’ll rarely see the congregation assert theirs. The lead Pastor is down-to-earth, relatable, humorous, and really humble. The sermons are engaging and supported by scripture. If you can’t come to Church with some sense of humor, then Life Church isn’t for you, as there are lighthearted moments during some point during Service, and some of the Stricter Christians might mistake Pastors laughing at themselves as mockery. The big take away here is, I’ve found Life Church not to be the super-strict Neo-Christian type (I.e. Do/Believe this or we expel you go to Hell.” Type of strict) Another thing I like about the Pastoral team is they switch up who’s preaching almost on weekly basis. This helps keep the weekly message fresh. The Worship music itself is Contemporary Christian Music (CCM), and it contains Worship songs from all the “usual suspects” in the Christian Music Recording Industry. The Church is not super strict on the Bands or Recording labels. For example, you may hear a song during Worship from a Christian Band that was produced by Capital Records label — which is the same label that signs Sam Smith, 50 Cent, and other controversial artists in the Christian Community. This is okay with Life Church for many reasons, and one being that Life is for EVERYONE. Expect 3-4 Worship songs before every sermon begins. Worship nights appear to occur on monthly basis until the Church moves into their own home. The Church building itself is currently a Baptist Recreation center that is leased to the Church. But This Fall, Life Church will finally have its own place to call home off of Oleander. Until then, there are serve teams that setup & breakdown before & after every service. Essentially, a church basketball gym is transformed into a House of Worship, and then back to a basketball gym, every Sunday. You’ll arrive and be greeted by at least three welcoming faces on your way into the service. After attending a couple Sunday services as a guest, you can become a Church Member by attending a small Sunday series of three next “Next Step” classes that occur right after service. Lunch and Childcare is provided during the classes. This is time for you to ask questions of the pastoral team to find alignment with your beliefs. By third class, you are warmly welcomed into the Church.
