With all the technology is this country Brunswick County Utilities can't figure out how to let their paying customers know in advance that there is going to be a situation where all customers from Shallotte to the S.C. Line will have no water or less that acceptable water pressure for a day. They sure have no problem giving you a hard time but when they make a mistake they hide....Go Figure....

You would have to call and speak to an employee for accurate information. Customer service has always been extremely helpful and fast.
You need to call their listed telephone number and select the number selections for customer service. Any time I've had to call customer service they have been extremely helpful and pretty fast.
