Nice hike to do with kids. It says out and back but can actually loop. If you download the AllTrails map can loop back for a quicker hike.

I'm giving God's Thumb hill the 5 stars. The 2 plus hour out and back hike was a bit much. I give the Knoll trail 2 and 1/2 stars because it is mostly uninteresting with few features. We got on the Knoll trail from Devils Lake Blvd, which is apparently the way the locals prefer you to use when hiking. I hiked this in June. Make sure to bring plenty of water and good hiking shoes/boots. If you are brave/not bothered by heights you can make it to the top of God's Thumb which is pretty darn C😎😎L!

This hike was worth the climb to the top. Wonderful view. Trail head was difficult to find, luckily there were friendly locals to guide the way. This place was very popular and when you get to the top, you'll understand why. Definitely a must if you're visiting Lincoln City.

Only the prettiest sunset I've ever seen in my life from this view. Gods thumb was truly incredible. Awestruck for words. I want to go a million more times. So beautiful. Wish I took more photos but I was too busy staring at Gods amazing creation.
