Do not stay here! The rooms are very basic but so is the customer service. When we arrived the room smelled like chemicals. Although the cleaning was Obviously only mediocre. We were able to see past this as we had other things to do in town. It is obvious the shower was not cleaned and in the bathroom they only replaced towels. There should not be lots of hair from another person before I took a shower. Later in the evening the toilet was plugged and the manager just handed us a plunger and said put it under the sink when you’re done. Are you kidding at $200 a night! But it was late so we continued on our evening. There is no access to water to drink (they keep it I. The office but that closes at 8pm) only sugar soda pop in the pop machine so bring your own. The next day they told us Maid service is not available on stay overs but we could ask for towels if we needed them. So that afternoon we asked for four clean towels and was told no that you can’t have that many and you must bring them your dirty ones To exchange out first. I have stayed in many travel lodges and this was absolutely not up to what I believe their quality standards are or have always been. There is definitely no pride in this one. We will never stay again.

Nice room, great view. Friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the shower head was installed way too low. I am 5'4", and I had to duck to get under it. My 6' tall husband had to squat. Not very comfortable.

Wonderful staff. The rooms were very clean and the furniture and flooring seemed new. Very comfortable bed. It was cold at night so we enjoyed the fire place. We decided to pay extra to get a room with a jacuzzi. The pictures showed a jetted spa tub. But the jets did not work. One button to turn it on was missing and the others didn’t work. So that was very disappointing. We paid extra for basically, a tub.

Positive: The view from the hotel was wonderful. The noise level from the street was not bad. Negative: The room was very HOT, had to sleep with the sliding glass door open with safety latch in place to make the room comfortable to sleep. Made sure there was no heat on. Told front desk was told that was a fan in the room., fan did not make a difference.
