This place is pure magic and one of the best boutique hotel stays on the Oregon Coast. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The view from the private balconies…just wow! They don’t call it Whale Cove for nothing—we can got to enjoy watching several whales swimming in it. Restaurant Beck here is also very special. Can’t wait for another special occasion to return.

You know how you find a great place online and when you get there it looks nothing like it did in the photos? This was exactly like that, except it was BETTER than the website photos! The room was amazing, very clean and it was huge. The bathroom was dreamy! Separate toilet room (although you can see through the door), double sinks, and the shower was the best shower I have ever experienced. The bar area is great, they even have a few bottles of wine to choose from, with an extra but reasonable charge, of course. Great selection of coffee and tea with a Keurig coffee machine. The sitting area has a lovely gas fireplace and spectacular views of the cove. The bed and the parking lot are my only real complaints and the reason i only gave 4 stars. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and made a terrible creaking sound with every little movement. We did not sleep well both nights due to the noise and discomfort. The parking lot is small and gets full from people dining at the restaurant. There should be designated spots for guests to park so that after paying $600 a night you actually have a place to park and don't have to leave until a space opens up. Back to the positives: THE BALCONY!! The views from this balcony were unreal. Watching these views from the private jetted tub on the private balcony were indescribable. You must see it for yourself. We even saw a whale come into the cove. Our vacations typically include busy days being out and about seeing the sights and exploring, but we spent almost all of our time in our room with no desire to go anywhere else unless it was time to eat. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, romantic getaway.

Amazing rooms, lovely views and really friendly front desk workers. One of my favorite places at the beach. We needed a romantic getaway and that’s exactly what we got, the jacuzzi tub on the balcony was the icing on top of the cake!

Hotel was well appointed with just about the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 due to some issues. Bathtub on patio was amazing but when I was in it, folks in the restaurant downstairs could see me….. 🤦‍♀️ Staff works inconvenient hours so if you need anything outside of those hours you’re out of luck. I would assume this will be remedied once the worlds staffing issues get better. Restaurant is good! A little fancier than I’m used to but food was good. 😊
