Was left waiting for 2 1/2 hours for an offer and the. Offered $70 for over 200 dvds and 50 blu rays( a dozen of which where new) and a bunch of blu rays tv show seasons . What a joke! And then to top it off they left everything disarrayed and said they were to busy to put them back in the boxes. They then proceeded to go over and laugh and joke with other employees while I had to pack it all back up. I will never be back to a place that takes advantage of people like that and with such terrible service.

Went in with 800 dvds, 45 cds, and 55 vinyl records all in original cases and most were popular titles. They offered me $144! Seriously?! Do not bring anything into this place. They are a joke and will waste your time!

Always very good service, and a huge book selection. It can be hard sometimes to find a specific book since they primarily deal in used things, but it's great to browse and see what you find. They'll also buy dvds, books, and games - you can probably get more if you sell them yourself, but if you're not concerned about the money it's usually a really convenient option and they'll donate things that can't be sold.

Fantastic selection and good prices. Lots of cheap hardcovers and coffee table books, good selection of albums and games as well. However, do not expect to get much if you are selling. I took a box of 20ish business books and textbooks and the offer was $6.45. Instead sell on eBay and buy here.
