They worked by appointment only, few spots for overnight allowed, no restroom. Arrived 1AM for 11AM appt; got a door at 11:15AM, empty at 1:15PM

100% total fail - took the money but never delivered the book - rejected all follow-up enquiries as "too busy right now"; then claimed they had no record of the order - now long delayed. Had to show proof of my bank statement I had been charged, so they took my money - therefore their claim of no order was a total lie or they had no records of my purchase. They took my money!!! Now some email bot is telling me she will make sure I now get my long-delayed order. Take money, fail to send book and then claim they know nothing about you when you can finally get through to them? That is a 100% failed business operation. Where is the zero star button?

They offer everything I could have ever thought of, then some. Medical, dental, vision, paid leave, FSAs (multiple diff types, including one specifically for kid related expenses like daycare. awesome!), legal group plan, life insurance, 401k, and more that I'm probably forgetting. I was a hire through the ingram website (not temp) and benefits kick in at day 1, except for the FSAs, days off, and legal...maybe one or two others. those started on day 30. It's the best benefits pkg I've ever had and I feel like a goober for getting THIS excited. Either way, I highly recommend. :)
