Currently have my original package from 3 weeks ago, missing (last tracking Smyrna, TN) this location AND the freaking replacement package, tracking stops here also! What are they doing at this location?? How can 1 location have sooooooo many lost/delayed packages? GET IT TOGETHER! I would feel better if I could give ZERO stars or a NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!

Don't use this shipping service. Any time I have a package shipped through them it takes much longer than other options because the package is always stuck at Mail Innovations in Smyrna/La Vergne TN for many days to weeks each time

Can you change this to NO STARS??? Something has to be going on at this facility. When I started investigating my package missing, this facility is the last place it was at and now NOTHING. Looking at other reviews it's the same thing. UPS needs to do some investigating of its own and see what's going on here!! Businesses: DO NOT USE MAIL INNOVATIONS that go through this location!!!!! Someone is taking home a lot of stuff!!!

We had a package that came there where all tracking stopped. Lost. Never received company ordered from replaced. Now two more packages tracking shows them there....again all tracking stopped....one has been there for a month, the other one week. Something majorly wrong.. ...here....need complete overhaul of staff from top to bottom .....are they stealing all these packages???
