I would get there at 155pm. Don't stress about getting there to early because they are sticking to the times really well. Not to mention you have to stand outside, so just park, stay in your cool car, and get in line at 155pm. They're dmv workers standing at the entrance an walking the line checking names. If you want you can ask one of them to make sure you're on the list. My appt was 915am and they let us in at 915 on the dot. Unfortunately I showed up 30 minutes early thinking it would be a long wait, but it wasn't. Hope this helps

It's South Carolina Folks. Like every State they are short handed because nobody wants to work. Give it another week a d if hasn't came. You can go to any DMV and they will see you paid then give you a sticker. Just be patient. If you get stopped by an Officer just show your receipt a d they will not ticket you.

I had my appointment on Wednesday. Actually works pretty smoothly. Not sure what you mean by an added fee tho. There is no fee to make an appointment or is anything added to what you have to pay. The girl I talked to said they are planning on making the appointment setting the new normal. But, it does work really smoothly and you get right in, no waiting for two hours for your number to get called

I can usually book an appointment the same day by refreshing the screen and choosing the location I want, in my case Ladson. But the same day and times disappear as fast as they appear, just keep checking back every 20 minutes or so.. good luck!

What do you mean on your record exactly? You don't have a driving record cuz you don't have or never had a license correct? But either way that should not stop you from getting a DL. If there is anything that you need to fix before they do issue you a license they will let you know exactly what has to be done. But until then you're going to have to go there to the DMV and find out yourself. You are looking at $100 for reinstatement fee. Its $5 dollars a day you let your insurance lapse up to $400 max and it's $10 bucks for a new card. So your looking at about $500 bucks to get your license reinstated

If you haven't already, I did pay mine online which total $51.¢¢ $50 + convient fee of $1.¢¢ and I kept my confirmation papers in the car and received my sticker and card in the mail

$250 infrastructure fee, $24 registration fee, $25 license fee, and what ever the amount of your fee for vehicle property taxes at county's treasure office. It's very expensive, very crowded, traffic all day every day, very limited jobs, and depending on your race, you won't find it friendly. If I had a chance to go back, I would've NEVER moved to SC.
