If by "popping" you mean a structural adjustment, then you will need to see a Chiropractor, we do not provide that service. However, we can set you up with a massage therapist who will be able to address structural misalignment with Massage Therapy. You may want to consider seeking both treatments, as they compliment each other nicely, and when utilized together will get you great results. We no longer host this group. We do have a singing bowl sound healing every thursday from 7:30-9pm ($10), a women's meditation group every other wednesday (voluntary donation), and once a month we host a gong sound bath ($10/$15).
