If you want to get the runaround this is the place to go. Have been helping my family member with their care and had appt scheduled in July. Was called by the office to reschedule to appt 3 weeks later. Again was called to change that appt to 4 days later. The day of the appt 3 hours before was called an had to reschedule again. Not really sure who's running the show here. If you try to call don't expect to talk to anyone except the automated voice system requiring you to leave a message and hope you get a call back. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Just a follow up. Finally did see the Dr. She was very professional and attentive. Most helpful. If the scheduling office can get it together they will certainly improve their reviews.

This was my second visit to Dr. Boles' office. The front desk personnel are very nice. I believe the nursing assistant that took my vitals was Hillary and she was so friendly and very thorough with my medical history. Alexis Lapinsky was amazing and took her time with me. She answered my questions and made sure I knew she was available if I needed her. Dr. Boles has an excellent team!! So much of the time you deal mostly with your Dr's team. I think overall this is the best team I've ever seen. No grumpy's here 😊
