Came in the lobby and waited 10 minutes before someone came out to help. I was in there with 2 kids so it wasn’t like they couldn’t here us. When someone did come out she told me “I can’t help you, call the supervisor”. Mind you we’re already dealing with the fact that the driver has yet to do the redelivery of a 2 week old package I promise if I could rate this post office a 0 I would.
