I have used american property specialists for many years, when I worked for the City of Wilmington all departments brought vegetative debri towards Jason Thompson's business american property specialists. Mr. Thompson also held a C.O.W. position as commissioner at the same time made profit on his personal business for C.O.W.. I belive this was a conflict of interest. I still did business with his company...until today. I was sold this product..after questioning the fine (sand) content at 80% they told me I could offload and get a refund. Ha. Look at the pics and you be the judge.

Picked up APE mulch this past weekend and it was an easy, wonderful experience. I prepaid for the yards I needed and then they quickly used a loader to fill up my truck bed and we took it home and spread it ourselves. The chocolate mulch is great quality and as an added bonus it is recycled! I will NEVER buy bagged mulch again. American Property Experts has made a recycled mulch advocate out of this homeowner!
