Sorry no they are not. Normally yes but for Colombus day Lighthouse will be closed.

my brother has a Nevada license but got pulled over in Oregon for no insurance he needs to get sr22 now for his car can he still get that with Nevada licsence caus he plans on goin back to Nevada hes only stayin caus our mother is ill

He can get it with the Nevada license, however, because he does not live in Oregon he would have to get the insurance from his home state. If he was going to be living in Oregon he could get one here with his Nevada license but since he is only visiting he would need to look in his home state for insurance. He will also need the id number that the Oregon DMV can give him.
