Got tubes put in my ear shortly after it got infected, getting an appointment is rough because they are understaffed. When I finally get an appointment I wait for an hour in waiting room then another 45 min in the doctors office before even seeing the doctor. People are working on the air conditioning system in my room so felt no privacy. The doctor eventually showed and rushed me out with prescriptions and sent me on my way. Fast forward a week still infected and now bleeding! Called to get same day appointment and the operator couldn’t even get ahold of a receptionist to schedule an appointment! Seriously if your reading this and debating on being seen here just know you deserve better care! Talking with my PCP to get a referral to another ENT.

Yes we do adult cochlear implants. However, we do not do pediatric implants. For those you would need to go up to OHSU.
