The first step in creating a custom home is a free consultation. You meet with an experienced custom home designer to determine the scope of the project and the different elements to include in your unique home. Once the details of your custom home are outlined, we provide a cost breakdown and timeline. Once determined, our in-house home design team will help you develop each detail of your custom home. Our goal from start to finish is to make custom home design a fun and exploratory experience, keep to your budget and schedule, and produce the home you have been vying for. You may also be interested in a design-built home which doesn’t allow for as much customization but provides the same perks of an in-house design team.

A design-build is the process of designing a fully customized home with a client. This is usually achieved by having a designer use their expertise to develop the customer's vision, and then having an architect draft building plans, or “blueprints.” In our case, we complete both the structural and aesthetic design together in our design phase resulting in a full set of plans that include all the relevant details of the project, both structural and aesthetic. Once the design phase is complete, the project is then estimated and a contract is created and passed to the project manager who coordinates the project from start to finish. This includes the creation and monitoring of the schedule, management of the budget, and weekly communication with the client. This process has been carefully curated to allow us to keep projects on schedule, under budget, and deliver a unique and exceptional experience for our clients.
