4/26- Update - I can tell they are cognizant of the customer experience as they have made improvements. Since posting my experience I have not had any further issues- they have won me back as a customer. There is still one bud tender at this location that is concerning (she post comments about customers) Overall I am happy with Natures Medicine. 2/22- This place was great, however recently I have experienced poor customer service and transaction handling - twice I had to return for parts of my order that were not filled the 1st time. While the products are still great they can improve on the order accuracy and customer service from the bud tenders.
