As far as I know they don't do any body type work.

my diesel truck is starting rough like it is dragging to start like a starter would sound on a regular car

Take it to Wolf

I have a 04 6.0 f250 and I pulled the turbo off to clean it, when I put it back on my truck is now hard to start and idles rough, I checked the ficm, and still have 48v from cold to hot I’m not sure what I did wrong but any help is much apriciated

You probably disturbed some wiring when you were working on the turbo, take it in to wolf and they can fix it.
