I have been store here onJuly 17 2022 . At checkout store rep. And Manager Robert refused to make a attempt to apply as much GAP reward as possible on order total. Due his odd behavior I-had first decided to not buy the clothes and left the store unsatisfied. My wife needed her choices of clothes so she went back to accept whatever rewards points they can apply but the manage Mr. Robert had behaved very rough with my wife first and later with me. Scared us that he was going to call security when I had started argued that I was ready to accept whatever rewards he want to apply on order total even I knew that they can apply $30 rewards to $34 order total. Robert wanted to show off amongst their employees and behave weirdly m. I may have forgotten his behavior if he may have limited his mis behaviors with me but I can’t accept his behavior with my wife in public. It is not acceptable behavior. Old navy management should look into this matter and ask Robert to respect at least female customers. As a customer he/she may refuse to buy but that doesn’t mean manager scare customers by telling that he going to call security. He made me felt like a thief when he told me that he going to call security. I could have call police for his behavior but I am not the person of his kind so left the store and decided to report this on social media so people should think before going to this store.

Last minute thing I rushed to Old Navy 30 minutes prior to closing time. Grabbed what I was able too. Shortly announcing they'd be closed. Of course I was the last one there. I was told by an employee that he would walk me upfront to the registes so I can make my purchase because they were closed. I told him: Please I didn't get my Grandson anything... let me get a few things quickly. He gave me a break and said we will meet you up at the registers. Honestly he and the cashier Andrea were awesome and more than just patient with me. Not once did they pressure me or had them on my back. While Andrea was scanning the items I was still choosing some jewelry out for my daughter. Couldn't be more thankful & happy for the service they provided, Thank you all specially to Andrea!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!! - - cashier very rude and she just grab my clothes and threw in the bag I have to folded my own 20 items that I bought $390.00 purchase . Spoke with manager Hope you guys do something about it.! I will go to Culver City location better (they have way better customer service)

Depends on the time you go. If you go early in the day there will be less people.
