This isn't a regular massage, it's designed for pain management. There will be discomfort, especially if you have a lot of pain. I started coming here to manage my upper back pain, since normal massages just weren't doing it for me. I've gotten amazing service every time, and I instantly feel better afterward. The massage therapists always know where I carry tension without directly pointing to it. The atmosphere is also great, with the green walls, dim lights, and relaxing music. I recommend this if you have a significant amount of tension. Edit 08/20: Shoutout to Chun Yuo, who just serviced me today! She was amazing.
