It is a huge understatement to say that I love the park. It is no doubt one of the best parks in Bellevue, mostly because of its location. Things I like here are its view, EV charging stations and 4th July fireworks.

An urban park in Bellevue which offers a great view of the tall buildings of Bellevue downtown. There is a walking trail, encircling the park, used for people to walk, jog, run or walk their dogs. There are wooden benches on one side of the park facing the beautiful waterfall. On the other side is a grassy part for picnic or for playing games. Plenty of parking space

This park is perfect. Lots of trees, massive grass field, huge playground, stunning water features, and a lovely wide path to walk or jog (if you're into that) around. The water features mean you should keep an extra close eye on little ones but it is a wonderful place to take kids and explore, play, or exercise.

If power you mean light around yes. If you mean like plug-ins I don't know I was just there for the 4th of July and it was night time.
Yes. Free parking in the south lot (entrance on 2nd) and west lot (enter on 100th).
On both structures, there is partial cover, but that's mostly for shade from the sun. All the slides are exposed, however, and you'll still get wet if it's raining. My advice would be a good rain jacket, rain boots, and some warm, dry clothes to change into afterwards. It's the PNW, so it rains about 2/3 of the year. The trampoline is great when it gets wet, because it holds the water on the surface, and makes great splashes!
There is a sign that states one loop in 1/2 mile
They seem to have consolidated table seating to a part of the new playground.
